Lusty Glaze wedding venue –
The lusty Glaze Wedding venue is Tucked away in a secluded cove in Newquay on the North Cornwall Coastline. Surrounded by cliffs Lusty Glaze is a privately-owned cove.
meaning that you can have exclusive access to their cove for elopements or smaller intimate weddings to larger weddings seated within their purpose-built marquee meaning there are options for every beach-loving couple.
If you are looking for an informal laid back vibe to your wedding then Lusty Glaze is the perfect wedding venue for you. To help with the planner of your wedding right through to the running of your day you will have your very own dedicated wedding coordinator – Lisa, Naomi or Lauren.
Beach wedding venue, Cornwall
Imagine stepping out from your wedding venue onto the beautiful sands of Lusty Glaze beach! Feeling the sand between your toes as you and your new spouse stroll along the seashore together…seems too good to be true doesn’t it?! Well, not at Lusty Glaze.
The beach is privately owned so you and your guests get exclusive access to it all day and night. You can even legally get married on the sands, they’re the only venue in Cornwall that are able to offer this!
Lusty Glaze describes themselves as a ‘once in a lifetime experience’ and after shooting weddings there I’m inclined to agree. There is no other beachside wedding venue like it.
If you’re having a more intimate day then take advantage of Lusty Glaze’s Beach Lounge weddings. This is for those couples who are stripping away the traditions of a wedding day and just want to party with up to 26 family and friends. There’s a driftwood bar, a wood-fired pizza oven and the ocean. What more could you want?!
If you’re after an even more intimate wedding celebration then Lusty Glaze has just started offering elopements. I’m a big fan of getting away from it all and having a day that’s just about you two (you can read more about my love of elopements here) and I can’t think of a more beautiful setting than Lusty Glaze!
Lusty glaze wedding photographer
One of the biggest features of a lusty glaze wedding photographer is that the beach is privately owned. It can be hard in the middle of summer when couples want to go to the beach for photographs and you have loads of half-naked people in the background.
Quite often we normally skip that time of day and come back around sunset time as the beaches are a lot quieter.
This isn’t the case at Lusty Glaze as you can enjoy their secluded beach exclusively for your big day.
Lusty glaze is one of my favourite wedding venues in Cornwall, complete with gorgeous sandy beaches, high cliffs, and picturesque beach huts and if you are lucky enough blessed with the most amazing sunsets what more could you ask for.
Meet Naomi – one of the Lusty glaze wedding coordinators
What do you think attracts couples to have their wedding at Lusty Glaze that aren’t from Cornwall?
Cornwall is so attractive to couples, especially ones that live in cities, they like to escape to the seaside and leave their daily stresses behind. Most couples or their family have fond memories of holidaying here when they were younger.
As a wedding planner, you have experienced loads and loads of weddings, what is the best advice you can give to couples who are having their wedding at Lusty glaze?
Don’t get caught up in what will make other people happy, this is your day!
Last, of all, what’s your favourite part of being a Lusty Glaze wedding Planner?
Meeting all the lovely couples and building relationships with them whilst they are on their wedding journey.
I hope you enjoyed my wedding photography at Lusty Glaze in Newquay. If you are planning to get married in Newquay please let me know as I tend to book up 12-18 months in advance, so don’t leave it too late! The Lusty Glaze wedding venue is such a pleasure to photograph and I’d love to hear from you!
