The Barn at Pengelly’s dramatic exterior provides refined elegance from the very beginning.

Step inside Pengelly’s divine exterior and you’re rewarded with high ceilings, exposed timber beams and endless light from the floor to ceiling picture windows stacked at double height.
White walls are overshadowed by the drama across the front where picture windows make the majestic Cornish vista a magnetic fourth wall.
Bi-folding doors along the length of the space plus the gorgeous garden terrace below mean you and your guests can soak up the views all day then dance under the stars when the sunset’s arresting display is complete.
Pengelly’s bright and airy space is the perfect blank canvas for you to decorate as you wish. It’s an enormous space with room to seat up to 300 or 400 for the reception.

Weddings at The Barn at Pengelly, Cornwall
For a local Cornwall wedding photographer, The Barn at Pengelly is a dream location and I was so pleased to be one of the first to photograph this brand new space.
Whilst shooting one of only 10 weddings held at Pengelly this year, I was blown away at the number of options for beautiful Pengelly wedding photography. This working family dairy farm dates back centuries and has 500 acres of sublime grounds to explore plus the surrounding area – it’s an amazing location for stunning wedding photography.
From golden fields to meadows of wildflowers, woodland, rivers, enormous ponds and sub-tropical gardens – it’s all here for your wedding photos. There are also divine bays, clifftops and moors along the Roseland Heritage Coast, just 10 minutes away.
As a local, experienced Cornwall wedding photographer, I’m a pro at slipping my couples away unnoticed for some awesome shots in a quiet bay, meadow or woodland, only a local would know. If you get married at Pengelly, you will certainly have your pick of amazing backdrops for your wedding photos.
