We offer a picturesque outdoor garden setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, with beautiful raised beds and a water feature that includes a stunning sculpture as a backdrop. There’s also a natural harbour created by intertwined fir trees, providing a cosy and unique atmosphere for your special day.
Can you tell us more about the accommodations you offer for wedding guests, including clamping options? We have a variety of accommodations for your guests, including charming clamping options with bell tents. For smaller groups or elopements, we can set up a romantic bell tent for the couple. Additionally, we can work with another provider to create a clamping village with over 10 bell tents, which includes a bridal suite free of charge.
What amenities are available for guests during their stay, especially if they’re interested in an eco-friendly experience? We prioritize eco-friendliness and offer composting toilets and solar-powered lighting. We provide solar fairy lights in the evening to create a magical atmosphere. Please note that we do not have electric hookups to maintain our eco-friendly approach.
How about accessibility and parking for wedding guests? We have friends who assist with parking, ensuring that guests can easily access the venue. While we maintain access for health and safety reasons, we aim to keep the natural beauty of the area intact, which means no electric hookups or extensive infrastructure.
Can you share more about the design and story behind the stunning sculpture in the water feature? The sculpture in our water feature was designed by a local artist named Samvado. It was inspired by a sculpture that sits in the water and was later commissioned for our venue. It underwent extensive work, including modifications and polishing, to create a seamless and captivating piece. The water feature itself is a unique centrepiece that reflects beautifully and offers a serene atmosphere for your celebration.
