Pencarrow House Wedding Photographer

Pencarrow House is a wonderful wedding venue located inbetween Bodmin and Wadebridge. The Geaorgian House and gardens have been the home of the Molesworth-St Aubyns family for nearly 500 years. Pencarrow House offers four rooms that licensed for civil ceremonies. One of these, The Music Room, is a magnificent room that has an amazing grand piano, which was used by Sir Arthur Gilbert in composing Gilbert & Sullivan’s  Iolanthe when he stayed at the house. This room also has an impressive Rococo ceiling illustrating the four seasons, as well as a beautiful fireplace and silk wall paper which makes a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony.

The Estate boosts a magnificent mile-long driveway known as The Carriage Drive. It is lined with conifers and shrubs leading up to Pencarrow House. Being just a short walk from the main house this driveway can make a beautiful background for your wedding photographs.

In addition the beautiful sweeping lawn lends itself to memorable group photographs with a background of the Georgian House. There are many alternatives for you to choose.

By the end of your wedding the estates family pet guinea fowl and peacock will sure to be at least one of your wedding photographs.
